GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
There are several conditions that the product must meet in order to proceed with the exchange or return of the product:- It must not be used.
- It must not have suffered any type of damage or damage.
- The shoe must be delivered in its original box (intact) and if possible with the original Tipsa packaging. If the transport bag is not preserved, it must be placed in any other bag in order not to damage the shoe box (otherwise charges may apply). The shipping agency will print the corresponding label.
- The expenses of the first exchange or return will be paid by Manolito Basics for mainland Spain and Portugal. The second exchange or return will be discounted from the return or must be paid by the customer in the form of transfer or bizum.
- The request must be made within the 15 days after the reception of the product.
In the case of requesting an exchange or refund outside Spain and Portugal consult rates in info@manolitobasics.com.
*In products with a discount or liquidation will not be exchanged or returned free of charge.
* In some periods we extend the deadline for exchanges and returns (as from Black Friday, in this Christmas period we extend it until January 15).
