GENERAL INFORMATION
Manolito Basics commits to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address that the user indicates in the order form. This can be different from the buyer's address.

In order to optimize the delivery, we thank the user to indicate an address where the order can be delivered within the usual working hours.

Manolito Basics will not be responsible for the errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address introduced by the user in the order form does not adjust to the reality or have been omitted.

We try to reduce the use of paper, that's why we don't send the purchase invoice with the order. You will receive it by email with your order confirmation. In the case of a gift, the person receiving the gift can contact us and providing the order number can directly manage the change.

We ship throughout the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands and other countries within the EU.

We ship to the Canary Islands and we have an official distributor with a physical store in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and also has an e-commerce platform for all the islands: www.haddockstore.com

DELIVERY TIME
Our orders are delivered in 48-72 working hours throughout the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. For international shipments the delivery time increases from 4 to 7 working days.
